Cake Orders & Payment
All invoices for orders — whether placed online or offline — must be paid in full to secure your booking for the selected date. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.
Payment Methods:

Online Orders: We accept all major bank cards

Offline Orders: An invoice will be sent, which can be paid securely via our payment gateway using any major bank card

We do not accept cash on delivery or pickup
Cancelling Orders & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an online shop purchase, a refund (minus a $25 processing fee) will be issued provided:

At least 7 days’ notice is given before your collection or delivery date.

No products have been made yet.
Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 3 days of your collection or delivery date will result in the forfeiture of the full amount.
Delivery
We aim to ensure your cakes arrive safely and on time. Please note the following:

Safe Drop-Off: If no one is available to receive the order and it’s safe to do so, the driver may leave it at your door at their discretion.

Product Responsibility: We are not responsible for cakes that melt, spoil, or become infested if left unattended after delivery.

No Safe Location:

If the driver cannot access your property or find a safe drop-off spot, we will call the contact number provided.

If there’s no answer after one attempt, or if the number is incorrect, the cake will be returned to our kitchen.

A $20 re-delivery fee will apply for a new delivery attempt.

Accurate Details: It is your responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery information. Incorrect addresses or missing details may result in failed delivery with no refund.

After Delivery: Once the order is delivered — whether handed to you or left in an agreed safe place — responsibility for storage and care passes to you.

Missed Deliveries:

A delivery date and time will be arranged with you in advance.

If you are not available at that time and cannot be contacted, the driver will place it in a safe location, or the “No Safe Location” option terms above will apply

If the order is returned to our kitchen, you will need to collect it at a time arranged with us.

Pickup
Collecting your order from our kitchen is quick and easy, but please follow these guidelines:

Arrive on Time: Please collect your order at the agreed pickup time, as we cannot guarantee availability outside this slot.

Running Late? Contact us as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements where possible.

Missed Collections: Orders not collected on the agreed date will not be refunded. Please get in touch with us asap if there is an issue collecting your order so that we can help you. Perishable products may be disposed off at our discretion.

After Pickup: Once your cake is handed to you in good condition, it becomes your responsibility to store and care for it according to our cake care instructions.

No Liability After Handover: Kaked Vegan Bakery is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling or improper storage after pickup.
